New Teller Academy
Through an iterative process informed by both Agile and Design Thinking methodologies, and the Five Moments of Learning Need, our team helped the bank’s learning organization move to custom courses built with HTML5.
My work on this project included developing proposals, creating project scopes, building project development schedules, as well as designing and building training.
The New Teller Academy features included:
Academy Portal—Online training access from phone, tablet, or computer.
Community—Coaching, buddy and mentoring check-ins. Teammates given opportunities to observe and perform in their role.
Capstones—Meaningful demonstration of mastery in each topic.
Digital Workbook—To guide new hires through their learning. Reflection questions, activities, assignments, and pages for unique local branch practices.
Practice—Practical activities that expand teammates’ critical thinking skills.
Strict rules around security and privacy at the bank prevent me from sharing the coursework here. However, GP Strategies created this video summarizing the project and presented the video in its Innovation Kitchen to highlight the company’s best work to potential new clients.
